我干啥了？别说我啥也没干，即使我干啥了，也应该发个邮件说明原因，怎么死的，也的让我知道。胡乱删用户的VPS和账户，那就是骗子，至于你认为ENZU怎么样，那是你的事情，我认为他们这么做，就是一家不正规的公司。

5。遵守法律和合理使用。
A. ENZU的网络和服务（S）仅可用于根据该协议。客户及其客户和最终用户在任何时候都将遵守所有适用的法律和法规，ENZU的操作程序，以及坐落在其网站上http://www.enzu.com/tos-aup.php ENZU可接受的使用政策（ “AUP”）。ENZU有权向监察客户活动，内部网络的利用率和可靠性的目的。ENZU之利用率和可靠性监控不包括检查客户数据，除非（i）这样的检查是被视为必要来解决一个客户的问题，在客户同意等检查;或（II）这样的检查是根据任何司法秩序，搜查令或法定的要求，在此情况下ENZU应提供通知给客户，程度的司法命令，搜查令，或法定要求允许通知。任何监测ENZU须在本协议规定的保密规定。客户承认，ENZU行使没有控制任何对内容（任何及所有内容的客户或客户的最终用户和/或客户，包括但不局限于数据，文本，多媒体图像（例如，图形，音频和视频文件），软件，应用程序或其他材料，或任何共享内容，或者处理设备控制下的ENZU代表客户（统称为“内容”）），而且它是唯一的责任，客户的信息和内容，以确保它最终用户和/或客户发送，接收，或使用符合AUP和所有适用的法律和法规。
B.客户不得使用本服务（S）以欺诈方式或违反本AUP或任何适用法律或法规的方式，或以其他方式暴露ENZU的法律责任，是否由客户或任何其他单位或个人使用的是这是否使用授权或同意使用本服务（S）和客户（每个这样的情况下，“服务滥用”）。这包括，但不限于，违反了版权的材料，材料依法判定为**，威胁或保护的商业秘密或物质的材料，否则被视为专有的或ENZU判断是不恰当或不正确的，如不请自来的商业电子邮件讯息。
，C. ENZU可能会暂停或阻止访问以下任何原因，恕不另行通知服务或所有服务（每个这样的情况下，一个“暂停服务”）：（一）遵守任何法律，法规，法院命令或其他政府的请求或命令，要求立即采取行动;（B），以防止干扰，损坏，或退化的ENZU的网络;（三）消除危险的条件;或（d）服务的滥用。客户不得解除其付款义务，在任何期间暂停服务。
D.尽管有第4（C）项中，ENZU有权立即终止服务或协议的的事件，ENZU成为利用客户服务，客户或其他人违反本节。
5. Compliance with Laws and Acceptable Use.
A. ENZU'S network and Service(s) may only be used in accordance with the Agreement. Customer and its customers and end-users will comply at all times with all applicable laws and regulations, ENZU'S operating procedures, and ENZU'S Acceptable Use Policy located on its website at http://www.enzu.com/tos-aup.php ("AUP"). ENZU reserves the right to monitor Customer's activity for internal network utilization and reliability purposes. ENZU'S utilization and reliability monitoring does not include examination of Customer data unless (i) such examination is deemed necessary to troubleshoot a Customer issue, and the Customer consents to such examination; or (ii) such examination is pursuant to any judicial order, search warrant, or statutory requirement, in which event ENZU shall provide notice thereof to Customer, to the extent that the judicial order, search warrant, or statutory requirement permits said notice. Any monitoring by ENZU is subject to the confidentiality provision set forth in this Agreement. Customer acknowledges that ENZU exercises no control whatsoever over the content (any and all content of Customer or Customer's end users and/or customers, including but not limited to data, text, multimedia images (e.g. graphics, audio and video files), software, applications, or other materials, or any content shared or processed on equipment under the control of ENZU on behalf of Customer (collectively "Content")), and that it is the sole responsibility of Customer to ensure that the information and Content it and its end-users and/or customers transmit, receive, or use complies with the AUP and all applicable laws and regulations.
B. Customer shall not use the Service(s) in a fraudulent manner or in a manner that violates the AUP or any applicable law or regulation, or otherwise exposes ENZU to legal liability, whether this use is by Customer or any other entity or person using the Service(s) and whether or not this use is authorized or consented to by Customer (each such circumstance, "Service Misuse"). This includes, but is not limited to, material in violation of a copyright, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, material protected by trade secret or material that is otherwise deemed to be proprietary or judged by ENZU to be inappropriate or improper, such as unsolicited commercial e-mail messages.
C. ENZU may suspend or block access to a Service or all Services (each such circumstance, a "Service Suspension") without notice for any of the following reasons: (a) to comply with any law, regulation, court order, or other **al request or order requiring immediate action; (b) to prevent interference with, damage to, or degradation of ENZU'S network; (c) to eliminate a hazardous condition; or (d) Service Misuse. Customer shall not be relieved of its payment obligations hereunder during any period of Service Suspension.
D. Notwithstanding Section 4(C) above, ENZU reserves the right to immediately terminate the Services or Agreement in the event that ENZU becomes aware that Customer, or other persons making use of Customer's Services are in breach of this Section.

我不是BD的什么人，只是按照事实说话。老外删号是比较正规的。他们不会无故删。你要是取消掉VPS的话他们会删除账号的。呵呵。进入BLOCK。或者你有非法行为直接DEL。不二话。

首先我没取消，因为我是在坛子上问过咨询过的，别人都说先发TK，我发TK，老外没说给我退款，只是问我为什么退款，后来我想了下，就回复老外说，那就不退款了，取消退款，继续使用。
但是后来再登录就发现无法登陆了，关键我是说，删账户 删VPS是不是应该发个邮件？
我KT的毒妇都用了好几台了，人家有什么问题，都会发邮件，KT从来没有随便删账户，删服务器的吧。这就是正规公司和这种垃圾公司的区别。
另外我没有滥用，至于被攻击，算不算滥用，那我就不清楚了。就是被攻击，也不应该直接删我账户吧？

除了tk速度，其他还行，一般仿牌什么的都会给24小时处理
我还没开始做站呢，连环境还没搭建好呢，所以不是仿牌。

噢。鉴于您这个事情。可以继续TK。。。或者直接WHT或者LEB去喷
说实话我被这家黑过。你被D可能真违反TOS了。不过建议TK问问吧。当然了不把被D说给他们听。。。稳定半年的路过。

恩，谢谢朋友的解答，不过我已经没机会TK了，因为把我的账户都给删了，呵呵，发了邮件等回复吧。
一会去PP发个争议去，看看能不能解决。如果被D就直接删账户和VPS的话，那这家有点太霸道了。我想任何做站的，都会遇到被D和被CC，如果他们这么对待客户，谁敢长期用他们呢。
