my server was alread reload the system 1 per?

When this server to me , the system was the other one used, RDNS is others
company's, I don't understand about this.
I have been using other people used the operating system,
Technical department cannot solve the server failure, you should charge me $25
to reshipment system,
Is that reasonable?

早就该重装了,
服务器拿到手, hostname是别的网站的.rdns也是别的网址. 有使用过的痕迹.nnd 居然还和我说重新安装过系统.
这不是睁着眼睛说瞎话嘛 ? 重装每个月只有免费一次，第二次25刀，卤煮是接的二手？
