向机房申请ip，说要理由，请问怎么回复邮件？
机房发来如下邮件，求翻译和指导Hello,

reason for IP usage along with a way to uniquely identify the end user.Usually
a name or email address is easiest but alternative methods may be possible.
Please note only 80% must be for technical usage to receive your next block, you
do not need to wait until you have 100% utilization.If VPS servers is the
reason please take a screenshot of the management panel, please be sure to sort
the list by IP address otherwise the screenshots will not be accepted.Thank
you.
In addition to any screenshots we also need the IP justification pasted into the
helpdesk ticket in text format.Here is an example of how we would like your
current usage to be justified.
