Dear Valued Customer,

You may or may not be aware of a node failure causing downtime for your Vultr Instance.    We have identified the issue and are working as quickly as possible to restore service.

Reason For Outage:Chassis back-plane issue affecting multiple nodes.

Estimated Time of Restoration: 90 minutes,   Vultr is on site replacing chassis with cold spare.

Vultr will be issuing service credit automatically when service is restored.

昨天收到 5$ 账户余额。

服务停止了告知原因。还不需要申请就直接补偿。
