Network issues: 17/Aug/2009

Dear Valued Customer,

Our network has suffered of 60 minutes service interruption today due to the failure of a 10GE module into our routing equipment. After full investigation and replacement of the defective module, network services have been fully restored. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience and we are taking every possible measure to avoid similar incidents.

Network issue started: 17/Aug/2009 13:04 CDT (GMT -0500)
Network issue ended: 17/Aug/09 14:04 CDT (GMT -0500)

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we are aware of some high latency & packet loss issues that have occurred, for short periods, in the last few days affecting specific destinations. Our network engineers have been troubleshooting the issue and it should be resolved soon.

简单一点他们有一个10GE      模块坏了， 换新的。 然后      网络恢复了。

用了一个小时
开始: 17/Aug/2009 13:04 CDT (GMT -0500)
终止: 17/Aug/09 14:04 CDT (GMT -0500)

还有一些高ping 和packetless 的问题我们已知道.
我们的网络工程师正在解决.
