尊敬的阿里云用户：
根据中国大陆相关法规要求，购买中国大陆节点（不含香港节点）ECS云服务器的用户 (包括通过ECS售卖页新购和手工续费，调用API新购的用户) 需要进行实名登记。
该实名登记信息仅作为风控和符合相关法规要求的目的进行收集、使用、存储、传输及披露。
上述要求将于北京时间2017年4月12日开始实施。请有需要购买中国大陆节点（不含香港节点）ECS云服务器的用户关注。

All users purchasing ECS products in the mainland China region (note: excludes the Hong Kong region), please note that we will implement this beginning April 12, 2017.

因为阿里之前YY认为他们推出国际版后，会有很多鬼佬来买。。。但是事实证明买的还都是国人。为了规避风险所以你懂的。
