还是奉劝,少去争议PP
最近想转入一个域名,正好想到Dynadot之前有没用完的券,所以就他了但是我进去充值不够的余额发现始终是Processing没到账,就去联系Livechat
然后Livechat说给PayPal账户邮箱发了验证(我倒...那是5年前的旧域名)
我回复客服说我把PP邮箱改一下重新支付一单,他同意并说第一单标记退款
结果第二笔充值成功了好久没收到退款,我再去开Livechat显示已经离线
跑去PP就第一单争议说没有收到(写的很明确,是第一单,不涉及其他)
今天起来一看结果始料未及,两单都被退款而且Dynadot账户被停用
现在继续和他们撕,看他们是否同意恢复账户然后我再重新支付一次

I don’t know how other users will accept this solution JUST LIKE POINT TO THE DOOR, but we only want transfer for the domain simple and don't waste the affiliate coupon from a partner, but your rough attitude make me feel uncomfortable

回复来了,果然Dynadot不太友好,和Namecheap和Uniregestry的处理态度完全不一样
所以还是尽量尽量不要去争议...等不及就耐心等好了...不是所有服务商都那么和善友好
换做是我的话大概会给通过,虽然敏敏也没什么涵养但是至少也会体谅下对方

过时了过时了, 现在都是2K起 能在工单上解决问题的,尽量不要争议
