It is with regret to announce that WebSound have decided to complete a retirement of some of our services and, as a result, we will no longer continue to offer VPS services for the forseeable future. After a strategic review of our services, we do not feel that these fit in line with our brand standards, and due to other committments, we are no longer able to continue to invest in the future of these particular services to improve these over the coming years and to ensure that our customers receive the standards of service that they deserve and expect.
As a customer of WebSound you are a top priority and therefore we have ensured that there are some clear paths and options in place for our clients.
We have communicated with HostToDo, a provider who offer very similar services in Los Angeles, in which we have come to an arrangement to allow our clients to migrate their services over to them, should you choose to do so.
In order to benefit from this offer, you should register an account with HostToDo by clicking here, and then open a support ticket providing proof of your current service with us, particularly the service type and expiry date. HostToDo will match this with a service available at no cost to our clients up to the expiry date that the client holds with us.
Our team will work hard to support our clients during this process and therefore, if you have any questions or queries, please contact us.
WebSound will continue to provide the current KVMH nodes and services up to 10th March 2019, and therefore it is important that our clients create an account with HostToDo and have their replacement service setup with them as soon as possible. Once the 10th of March comes, all VPS services will be taken offline and therefore it is absolutely paramount that our clients complete their migration as soon as possible.
