不能换ip，套路云装个酸酸**好慌啊。
移动宽带，之前一直用的DO家的印度班加罗尔延迟100毫秒，打算试试延迟更低一点的。

移动要到新加坡中转，但延迟基本都在110毫秒，感觉和日本差不多，其他运营商不好。
