LLC 个人公司，美国现今比较流行的形式
LTD，有限责任gong公司
INC，大型组织机构
LLC是Limited Liability Company。。。不一定是一个人。

比如加州的：
http://www.sos.ca.gov/见过有的大公司也是LLC

其实还有一个常见的 欧洲GMBH 类似LLC

比如 1api gmbh    keys-system gmbh
