Per The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Board resolution 03.41, Name.com is required to contact the registrant of domain names registered with us. At least once a year we are asked to remind you to keep your Whois information accurate and up to date.
You are required to have accurate contact information whether your Whois data is public, or privatized. If any of the Whois information for your domain names is inaccurate, ICANN policy requires that you correct it. You can edit your contact information by following these easy steps:
•Go to Name.com and login to your account(s)
•Click on the Account button at the top of the page
•Click on each individual domain name and edit the contact details
or •Use the Bulk Domain Management tool to update any or all of your domains at once
