Doteasy认为ICANN规定了注册商可以自己设置转移费用的，并且附上了链接，我看了，还确实是。请教有经验的朋友，是不是这样情况不可能投诉成功？

不用提交ticket了，他们都是模板回复，我现在在向ICANN投诉中

他们20美金的转移费是11月2日加进条款的，而域名注册是11月之前
如果可以在注册完随便要求转移费，那去开家公司，用户注册以后就收天价转移费
