Further on below, please issue us a formal letter using your company letterhead, and provide below information in order we may further review/assist you on your below request:
进一步的,下面,请问题我们一个正式的信函使用贵公司抬头,并提供以下信息为了我们可以进一步检查/协助你在以下要求:

1) Your request (e.g: domain authorization code, unlock domain);

2) Reason of your request;

3) Confirm that there is no payment issue over the domain;
3)确认有不缴纳的问题域;

4) Sign and stamp by company authorize personnel (CEO/director/owner);

5) Enclose with the personnel's position and contact details.

Meanwhile, please also provide us with below documents for verification purposes:

1) A copy of the company registration certificate of **** pifa gongsi;

2) A copy of the personal ID of the registrant [mao ***];

3) Any documentary proof to prove the domain belongs to the company ****pifa gongsi (e.g: purchase and renewal receipt for the domain name).
