I am writing in regards to your order which you have applied through Crazy Domains.

As a part of our fraud protection process your order has been selected for a random fraud check and we require some details to authenticate your order.
Can you please provide the following:

• A copy of the credit card used for the order (you may cover the first 12 digits for security reasons)
• A copy of valid photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc)

You can either fax the copies through to +61 2 8208 9995 (please mark ATTN: Irah and mention your domain/account).
Or you can email the scanned copies of the above in reply to this email.

If we do not receive reply within 48 hours we will be forced to remove the order from our system, a full refund would be processed. Please advise if you have further queries

嗯，不然他们不会发认证的邮件给你，去年申请过他们家的免费的asia域名的账号，注册不用认证，新账号需要认证。
