以前可以直接申请，现在出现提示：
ARIN requires that your use of IPs be justified. You must qualify the use of at least 80% of your current IPs before requesting additional IPs. Valid justification can be a fully qualified hostname that resolves to the IP or the email address of the direct customer using the IP address. Domain names are NOT a valid justification. IP addresses with network, gateway and broadcast IPs have already been filled out for you.
You can order additional IPs from the Status page. Click on the Server ID and you will see a box for ARIN Justifications. You may need ot justify your current IP usage by filling out VM hostnames or the email addresses of the end user of each IP.
After submitting the justification, you will see a selection of IPs that you can order from.
