第一次购买Burst VPS，大家遇到过这种情况吗？
注册Burst VPS账号后，选择vps订单，选择paypal支付提交后，收到美国电话语音认证，输入4位听到的验证码后(肯定正确)，不能转到支付页面，从而无法付款，提示如下错误:

MaxMind has deemed your order to be potentially high risk and therefore it has been held for manual review.

If you feel you have received this message in error, then please accept our apologies and submit a support ticket to our Customer Service Team. Thank you.

大概意思：
MaxMind认为是潜在的高风险，因此，它已被人工审核举行。

如果你觉得你已经收到错误消息，那么请接受我们的歉意，并提交我们的客户服务团队的支持票。谢谢。


收到邮件：

为什么我的账号需要认证？我还没有输入pp账号呢？注册Burst账号有技巧吗？我填写的是中国，然后姓名、地址是拼音，手机号是真实的。

付款的时候 PP账户一定是要已经认证过的。 会比较好。
