This ticket is notification that due to violation of our Terms of Service, your VPS with us is now terminated. The remainder of the billing cycle has been credited back to the PayPal account that paid for your service. As this is your first offense, we will not place a ban on your account. However, any future orders and payments MUST be made through a PayPal account that is in your name. Any further payment discrepancies will result in immediate account termination with no refund, and a permanent ban from our services here.
From our Terms of Service: 4,4,2,2) All payments from PayPal accounts must be under the same name as the registered client. We will not accept payments from an account the client is not named on. |
