如何转换sql为xml文件

我从一个wp博客导出了sql,但是不知如何把它转换为xml文件？（我想把它导入到另一个wp,但另一个wp是虚拟主机，我只能通过此wp的后台导入数据）

hi.我通过phpmyadmin导入sql,不过提示
Table 'wp_comments' already exists 。怎么回事？目标wp blog本来就有wp_comments表的啊

用editplus或者其它程序打开xxx.sql
