为什么我的IP被空路由了，用英文肿磨说0 0

有个杜甫一个IP忽然不能用了，其他IP正常，不知道啥情况被空路由了。。。
想向机房询问原因，用英文要肿磨说

Can you please help me to check what've happend ?
