Current San Francisco Network Issue

We experienced an issue on the core routers in SFO, which caused a brief outage that resulted in droplets being unavailable in the region for a period of approximately 6 minutes.
We are going into emergency maintenance now. There may be some network interruptions. Afterwards, we will be on a new configuration and hardware. We believe that will resolve this issue.
