Burst 要停止服务了，有什么好的VPS 推荐吗？

很久没来了，今天看邮件发现Burst 要停止服务，发现以前有几个客户还在burst，给他们通知服务停止的同时，想推荐几个稳定一点的VPS
有什么好的建议？

坑爹的是，发现其中自己的两个VPS已经打不开了，里面跑着几个站，半年多没管过了，数据都没备份，还有可能恢复吗？
看了下 TICKETS ,好像是洛杉矶的服务器要迁移
