ovh旗下的系列，包括ovh主站，kimsufi，soyoustart，从2015年开始将按照居住地的vat税率来收税，这就造成以前的免税失效，以前免税账户如果一月份renew的话，需要交20%的vat，所以需要尽快重新申请免税

Hello, We would like to inform you of the new European Union regulations relating to VAT on digital services for individuals (European Directive 2002/38/EC relating to VAT). From the 1st January 2015 the consumer will be charged the VAT rate in force in their country of residence for all services provided by OVH under all OVH brands: OVH, hubiC,Kimsufi, So you Start and RunAbove. Specifically, a resident of Belgium who is a consumer of an OVH.com service in France will be charged the Belgian VAT (21%) instead of the French VAT. VAT conditions applicable to professionals and residents outside of the European Union remain unchanged. This means that, depending on the EU country in which you live, prices including VAT that you will be invoiced may differ from prices you have been invoiced in the past. To ensure that you are paying the correct amount of VAT, please verify your billing details by logging into the Control Panel.
亲测了一下，以前免税过的4.99欧，现在点续费就需要交税了
