linux VPS内核崩溃，如何备份数据？

谢谢大家了， 特价VPS，官方没有备份， 但不知道为什么官方的一个节点内核崩溃了，官方对此的回复如下，可是我却好长时间没有备份这个VPS的数据了，现在怎么办？ 怎么取回数据？ 谢谢了.

I don't believe that this has anything to do with the host node crash. This
seems to be a problem inside your VPS that would have occurred upon any
restart. I've changed your /boot/grub/grub.conf to boot the previous kernel
but it did not help. I recommend to re-install your VPS and restore the data
from your backup.
