注册和下订单/付款的时候，最后信用卡归属地、你的IP地址和你填写 ...
我地址什么都是真实的，也没挂代理。

paypal付款的，难道跟这个有关系？

信用卡支付，我选的paypal，难道是这个区别？
400多是有点高了，用cdn或者自己反代下应该可以改善。可惜百度云加速要北岸才能用国内的加速点

信用卡已扣款。。。。。   上次也有一笔是待处理的，几个月都没处理好。。。。完蛋了吗？

不是这家，是softlayer 上次买额外IP

paypal一样的状态，扣款了显示处理中，然后就一直这样。

支付后等客服联系吧，会往你的邮箱发一封邮件：
