godaddy买域名问题，英文高手帮我翻译一下吧

我买了10个域名，中间有两次付款成功但没给我开通，后来继续付款才开通了，所以我损失了2个订单的金额，105元
而出故障的订单，godaddy后台没显示订单号。我咨询了支付宝客服，是支付成功的
我想申请退款，退回到支付宝帐户，该怎么说呢，谢谢啦
