We can do but it is very hard.
We support it for a few big company like samsung, lg, ntt, kddi so on.
For making announce, we have to make a partnership first.
Let me know your company, location,website,contact person's name and how many rack bandwidth you need.
Also if we have ddos, hack, spam from your side, we can not make the business becasue our network policy is strict for protecting other customers.

言外之意是让你去找他们的合作伙伴搞基，samsung, lg, ntt, kddi，这里面 lg, ntt, kddi 都很好搞，三星不搞这事，另外你有DDOS就别搞了，SPAM也别搞了，带上钱滚蛋。
