Hello,
We have successfully received your order, however for security and fraud prevention reasons we will require images of the following documents:
One piece of ** issued ID confirming your Identity and date of birth.
An invoice addressed to you dated from within the last two months.
The front of the credit card used to pay this order, hiding the first 12 numbers of your card number.
The back of the credit card used, with the CCV number hidden.
Please note that all the images must be in full colour and unmodified, with no information hidden/obscured other than the first 12 digits of your credit card and the CCV number.
The documents must confirm the information which you have entered into your account with us.
Once we have these documents, we will be able to validate your order.
Please send all documents in an email to validation@ovh.ca , with Proof of Identity as well as your order number and NIChandle in the subject line.
