Due to the very high number of orders we have received, VMs in Los
Angeles are currently out of stock. At the moment, we prepare new nodes
for this location, but it might take up to 2 weeks till they are ready.
We will send you a pro-forma invoice after that. Of course, the price
will remain the same.
If you still like to have the VM provisioned, please just pay the
proforma invoice. Otherwise, please just ignore it.
