如何停止和删除ntpd?

Debian的系统
用的是Vpser的一键包，本来资源就不多，还给我整上了一个Ntpd，郁闷。

apt-get remove -y ntpd

这个命令无效，不能删除。

补充一下

/usr/sbin/ntpd -stop 可以停止，但一会好象又自动运行了。

不行啊，这样提示，跟我用apt-get remove -y ntpd是一样的。
