Please follow exactly the instructions, which we sent you already.
If you cannot provide such documents, we cannot apply VAT exemption on your account.

23333 找的图片可能后来变严格了吧
较早之前我在kimsufi免税时，发的营业厅给的手机话费充值**和身份证都没问题的
