Anyone can pre-register on the Mixin website using an invitation code from existing whitelist users to join the whitelist.
The inviter and invitee will both get a fixed share of the whitelist quota, and any further invitees of invitee will also credit some shares to the original inviter, up to 7 levels.
When Mixin app launches, the whitelist will get the right to buy their shares of the 100,000 XIN total at the lowest BigONE price.
In the future, the invitation relationship network will be used to distribute more credits as available."
