刚才又点进去看了，确定不用鲨鱼了，技术问题解决不了。补偿4个月使用时间。12-48小时内部署好。

Dear All,

During few hours yesterday we had network packets loss which has been fixed by Sharktech, later today we're having the same issue again, please give us time to have this fixed.


Sharktech is working to have this fixed, it has been over 24 hours without a fix, we still waiting for them to have this sorted, this issue is always causing our SolusVM Virt to work slow, please wait for this to be fixed.


Update 03.12 9:52 AM Uk time.

Our provider sharktech was failed in fixing the lousy hardware they sold to us, due to this they even manage to lost our data, we decided to cancel the server with them as is still not up and to re-create your account in psychz, your new server would be ready in 12-48 hours, we will extend your service with 4 months of free usage.

We apologise for this hardware issue, we are not happy about this but is nothing we can do to have it sorted all were depending on our provider to fix it and they did a shitty job about this.

我给他们发邮件，说小鸡连接不上，控制面板也打不开。他们后来给我回工单，让我看这个地址的消息。。
