We are still processing orders in our Hong Kong location and aim to have this completed by the start of next week. So far, we have activated thousands of orders and if all goes to plan, we will activate another 500 tomorrow.

What's causing this delay?
We are currently waiting for global IP suppliers to assign IP's to our Hong Kong datacenter. Due to the global shortage in IPv4, this is taking longer than expected.
Your service billing cycle will begin on the day the service is activated.
