Ongoing issues with HK Datacenter.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.
We are aware that our Hong Kong data center is currently experiencing difficulties and for most customers, appears offline.
This is due to a large scale DDoS Attack our entire datacentre. We are working with our specialist crisis team to get this resolved as soon as possible.
The reason for this attack is our competitive pricing in Hong Kong. We know the host of this attack is another Hong Kong hosting provider and we are working with industry experts to put a name to it.
What should I do next?
1. Please DO NOT open a support ticket regarding this matter. We know it is causing a problem and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. By opening a support ticket regarding this matter, you delay our technical team from working on getting everything back up and running.
2. DO NOT share the IP or details of your servers on forums, blogs or any other social media platform. By doing this, you give attackers a direct route to our network.
