Unfortunately, we have just ran out of space in our HKDC1. However, we have already ordered new IPs and we will be able to proceed with your request in a
couple of days. Please reopen the ticket in about 3 days to transfer your VPS to HKDC1.

However, please note that if the IP address is getting blocked again due to any activity from your end, we will be forced to terminate your account and will submit your details to collection agencies. Please confirm how to proceed.
