We can give you a new IP but you must NOT use it for any sort of proxies or 扶墙s. This is against the policies for the CGF. If you get our new IP blacklisted too, we’ll have to report your details to the collection agencies in China as that would be classed as damage to our property’s reputation, essentially making our IPs unusable. Let me know if you agree with that and we’ll proceed with the IP swap.
