Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for your documents. Please see below for type of proof of address that we are expecting for you. Can you also make sure you circle around your name and address on the document. We can accept bank statement or utility bill, not older than 3 months. Ideally an original PDF file downloaded from your online banking / supplier website.
We would like to inform you that address in national ID, passport, etc. is not considered as proof of address.
We would also need you to send us a copy of your ID (passport, national ID, driving licence or birth certificate) with your 'NIC HANDLE' written down on a piece of paper placed right next to the document, so that both are visible in the photograph.
Please be advised that we don't accept:
- black and white photocopies
- low quality pictures
- files on external file sharing websites
