All Los Angeles services, including your VPS, include CN2 in the BGP mixture. We use CN2, CT, CU, GTT, NTT, and Comcast in a blend to optimize routing. Your traffic will take the best of those six carriers, though it is highly unlikely that 100% off your traffic will go over one specific carrier 100% of the time.
If your goal is pure CN2, that's an option on dedicated servers. Please be advised most clients find pure CN2 to under perform compared to our network blend. Our network blend routinely outperforms pure CN2.
