I am letting you know regarding your recent inquiry and order - that due the policies and limitations, or the details specific to your order that we could not approve or process the order. This most often can be due to payment not being submitted at the time you ordered, use of an invalid coupon, or payment verification by our payment partners require additional verification for security. Also please be aware of our policies and limitations regarding coupons and promotional use per our policies (see link below) "Coupons and special offers are limited to 1 per client, new orders only, and may not be combined with other coupons, free trials, or special offers. Coupons and special offers may not be used to transfer, upgrade, or renew from any existing TurnKey Internet service plan. Specific coupons issued to a specific user (such as a review bonus coupon) is only eligible to be redeemed by that user, and can be sold or transferred".
Please note if any order has payment pending - it will be voided and refunded within the next few hours. Voided credit card transactions will show up as pending at your card issuer for up to 5 business days as a 'hold' but will not show processed or completed (meaning no money will exchange). Those who may have payment pending with PayPal will see a full refund / reversal within the next few hours.
