我直接找paypal申诉了,burst回信了,没看懂啥意思,后台也没显示未支付了,但是也没看到哪里是分配给我的ip

Please close your Paypal dispute and update this ticket once your dispute has been closed. Your dispute was updated with this response:

The reason your payment had not applied is because you logged directly into Paypal to make your payment and did not pay by logging into your billing account with BurstNET and paying through the invoice. If you do not log in and pay through your invoice Paypal sends the funds but they do not automatically apply to your account and must be applied manually. For future reference always pay via your invoice. Also please be aware that the billing hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm and your request came in over the weekend outside of billing hours which is why you did not receive a response within 24 hours.
Please close this dispute and update your ticket # 2503837 advising that you closed the dispute so that we can reverse the 35.00 charge back that has been applied to your account for opening this dispute and so that we can be sure your vps is delivered. At this point no refund can be issued and server delivered because this Paypal dispute has been opened causing Paypal to freeze the funds and a negative balance to be applied to your account because of the charge back fee per our service agreement. Thank you so much. |
