我问为什么还在pending ,然后客服回复:
Hello,
If you already made a payment, your service most likely did not pass automated fraud checks and is being manually reviewed by our staff as a precautionary measure. Otherwise, your order may be held for other reasons and our staff will approve it or contact you as soon as possible. Creating a ticket will not prioritize the process as all orders go through the same queue, in the order they were created.
Some other common reasons for pending orders:
Domain orders are manually processed and your billing details must be valid for it to be processed properly.
Dedicated server and Virtual Dedicated servers are provisioned manually, and may take some time to process.
The location you selected may be "Limited," "Backordered/Delayed" or temporarily out of stock.
Our automated provisioning system may have run into an error; this is rare but if it does occur we manually process the order ASAP.
