写在前面：
本帖因@openos认为Chevereto毫无责任，与我观点相悖，故有此贴
我认为既然是Chevereto官方宣传，Chevereto官方购买方式，Chevereto注册的账号，Chevereto人工审核下发授权到Chevereto官方账户，Chevereto私底下没有任何通知删除了授权，Chevereto就有责任，我就要说你两句





说让我找TMD退钱的，不要着急，我都不着急，也不打算去退这个钱，我只是说明Chevereto做法不对，不是要他赔钱，以前没有找他退钱，以后也不会，这点明确下，不是钱的事，是Chevereto既然人工审核给了授权，就没必要私底下悄无声息的删用户授权而且一句话不说，很下作

这个破事我在论坛抱怨了几句，无非就是不爽Chevereto。让大家少入坑，让他少卖授权，是我义不容辞的责任义务

@openos 告知我这个事情应该去找TMD，和Chevereto毫无关系，别怪Chevereto，闭嘴，瞎叨叨啥


为此，初步公开回复如下：

1、双方都找过，别一直为Chevereto洗，看你口吻，把Chevereto责任推脱的一干二净，偏袒得厉害了些；

2、比方一，早餐店和便利店做活动，吃早餐送便利店饮料一瓶，吃完早餐拿上饮料喝了一口难喝丢了，过几天去便利店买东西老板让滚蛋，理由是喝的那瓶饮料早餐店没有按约定分他钱；

3、商家的活动利益分成与消费者有什么关系？正常的九年义务教育应该会有正确的是非价值观，对错应该能分得清；

4、Chevereto改规则乱删授权吃相难看可不是一两个人说，不了解可以学不是吗，别看到老美觉得高人一等一直夸；

5、比方二，京东买个第三方商品页面上明确写了返100京劵，订单完成后，账户中京劵确认到账，过了一段时间这张京劵突然消失，一问京东才说是他们和第三方利益分成上出了问题所以收回，我在商品评论抱怨了这个事情也没提要京东赔偿只说京东不厚道，就有个键盘侠跳出来说你这个情况去找第三方啊，在京东这瞎评论个什么劲，关京东什么事？京东怎么可能有问题呢，我茅台酒都是在京东买，真真的。

说和京东一点事没有我可不认同，送100京劵是你京东页面上写的明明白白，可不是我瞎编乱造。

你们一直问前因，我就再写几句，虽然上文说过
买前咨询可否一人多优惠途径授权，双方回复可以，Chevereto注册账号购买，发工单说明情况，Chevereto审核下发授权，不到一个月，Chevereto背地里悄无声息的删除授权，理由是之前咨询过的一个人可否多次通过优惠形式购买授权不行，TMD没有如约返钱给Chevereto

又吵起来还行，看看大部分回帖都能看出，是要找没给钱的TMD，而不是Chevereto，中介把你钱卷了跑路你去找房主要钱？

你钱给谁了就应该是找谁。

In that link you will find plenty posts where we explained what happened and we even offered you a discount for the misunderstanding. That commision was declined by TMD because they detected existing customer and the offer doesn't apply for existing customers. No commission = no license.

Basically, you shouldn't have got any license at all at the first place. Soon as your commision status changed the license got revoked, end of the story.

After this incident, we did very visible the conditions and terms of the offer. These are visible in the footer, in the offer page itself and every time someone clicks the offer link to the website display a modal message with a summary of the offer terms. We also added a verification process to avoid granting licenses when orders do not qualify. Please note that the terms have not changed since you made that purchase, we didn't changed the terms at all, you just didn't read.

You didn't qualify and you just want us to take responsibility for the acts of an employee which belongs to another company that is totally outside of our control. You can use several examples to make your point and you can repeat yourself all the times you want. The fact is that you didn't qualify and you were able to request money back (no idea if you used that or not).

We did offer 50% discount for the trouble, up to you if you take it or not.

额，看了下你这个帖子。
看到，首先你不是自己购买，是找人代购。
并且咨询的不是Chevereto的客服，而是TMD的客服。

就冲后面这点，你咨询的TMD客服，TMD客服跟你说有授权，你就应该找TMD客服，而不是找Chevereto的客服啊，既然买的TMD空间并且没有给你Chevereto的授权，那么你就直接申请TMD 退款啊~~没毛病啊，老铁

I can barely understand what you wrote by using Google translator. Far as I can tell you had issues with some of the hosting bundles? It seems that you are just making a fool of yourself because you don't take the time to understand how that offer works in the first place. Basically, any new TMD customer who purchases their hosting using our affiliate link qualifies for a paid license gift (Core or Network, it depends on how much you spend) and that's about it. There are some conditions and restrictions that you should meet but at the end the thing that matters is that if everything is OK then you get a license free of paid.

If you don't qualify for the offer (fraud, existing client, invalid affiliate link, etc.) the comission is not issued and therefore we don't process the license. Keep in mind that this is a hosting purchase, we don't handle that purchase at all and we don't process the license if we won't make any money out of that transaction.

In any case, if you didn't qualify or whatever then just ask for money back. You have up to 60 days to do that.

上班闲着看下论坛，其实楼主没把交易的对象搞清楚，这和pp争议一样，你钱付给谁就去争议谁，你付款给tmd买的空间，赠品是c的授权，现在有争议直接和tmd撕就是了，c收没收到钱是他和tmd之间的争议，他们自己去撕，你只和tmd存在买卖合约，和c没有。至于tmd为什么取消你的赠送授权的原因，你一直都不肯说，所以到底是谁违约我们无从判别。

您说的，但是我不需要退款，因为当时就是玩玩，确定搜索完全是没用后就删除了。

我就觉得Chevereto人工审核了授权，背地里悄悄删除，就是人品问题，就是不尊重用户，我是认这个死理

这个事情，在于，你有没有按照TMD的规则，付钱和使用达到了预先约定的时间。

如果你都是按TMD规则付款和使用的，那么问题就和你无关，否则就是你自己的问题了。你可以去找TMD，因为授权是TMD通过和Chevereto合作送给你的。而不是找Chevereto撕B

再说TMD和Chevereto的合作，如果TMD有付钱，Chevereto就没有理由删除你的授权
