Are you referring us? if you have issue simple submit ticket otherwise we can't just figured out your issue without report it. you are not only our Client we can't check all our Clients or even know if they have any issue. We are humans we can't find out what Client issue without contact us and then we will help.
We don't understand or inter with any fraud case with the other providers all orders checked via MaxMind and FraudRecord so my staff just take over while you already have fraud order by MaxMind. Just simple explanation will be helpful and all will be done.
Please keep in mind that we are trying to protect our Currently Clients from abuse and fraud and that not happened without checking all orders manually.
