online上DD的windows 硬盘挂了，客服回复数据无法恢复

原7O的上DD的windows2012
用的是laiboke的包
今天早上失去连接了
通过online的后台重启也无效
求大神教怎么解决

Actually, the server is broken.
I am sorry but the data can not be recovered.

We have the following options: to upgrade the server , to downgrade the server or cancel the service.

Please, let me know your choice ?

已经稳定运行几个月了，今天突然掉线了，无法远程，后台重启也无效

点击那个kvm over ip出现这个提示，可以点accept么？

客服回复的结果是机器挂了，数据无法恢复

以后还是要勤备份，里面的几百g数据全没了，郁闷所以要用win系统还是找面板自带的吧，其他的不用考虑了
