搬瓦工现在IP被墙没办法更换机房了？。。。鸡鸡是128M的传家宝。是不是双十一的19.9的鸡鸡也这样？被墙了就换不了机房和IP了？
详情如下：
有一个IP被墙了，想迁移到其他机房换IP，然后一直迁移不过去。于是发工单
I need to migrate to another datacenter,But It show mesaage:"Migration backend is currently not available for this VPS. Please try again in 10-15 minutes. (734152)";
然后搬瓦工回复了：
Hello,
Looks like the IP is blocked by 高墙. While the IP is on any other major block list (Spamhaus, Barracuda, 高墙 etc), the VPS stays fully operational. However you will not be able to migrate the VPS to a different datacenter until the block is removed.
Here is how to verify if your VPS IP is being blocked by the Great Firewall of China:
1. Navigate to http://tool.chinaz.com/port/
2. Enter your VPS IP in the top field
3. Enter your VPS SSH port in the bottom field
4. Click 'Start scanning'
The service will attempt to connect to your SSH port from China and in case of banned IP will show that the port is closed.
Then, you can do the same test from an ISP outside of China, for example:
https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
If you try performing same test from outside of China, SSH port will work - you will see a message:
'Port XYZ is open'
