Our engineers have confirmed a network issue today; after our in-depth tests we found that there is 20Mbit/s limit set somewhere. This limit was not present upon service testing (before product launch).
The interesting part is that we have no limits set on our side whatsoever. We have already escalated this to China Telecom and hoping for a quick resolution.
In the meantime we took down all DC6 plan orders until this is fully resolved. If you like, we can refund your order until this is getting worked on.
