Thank you for contacting AlphaRacks. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented **ship inflicted by your local **, IP addresses are being filtered all over the world.
This is a problem out of our control.
We can offer a replacement IP address for you, for just $3.00 per change; however we cannot guarantee if this IP address will be blocked by the Chinese ** at any point in time.
However, most reasons due to the Chinese ** filtering IP addresses is the running of proxies through networks abroad. We attempt to gain fresh stock but can not guarantee this at all since the stocks are so considerably depleted for IP addresses, that it makes ordering new blocks unsustainable.

Hello,
A RAID card failure occurred on a OpenVZ VPS node ("Victor") which resulted in a forced and unexpected shutdown of a VPS node which has affected a small number of clients.
Upon investigation and addressing the hardware issue, this particular server has had complications restoring services. Upon restarting this node, it has undergone a Filesystem Check (“FSCK”) of which it has not been able to successfully recover with. Senior technicians have and are working to restore services; additionally a data recovery service is actively working to salvage client data.
We have already been in contact with a number of clients and successfully placed them upon new hardware nodes by recreating their VPS instances. In order to prevent extended and prolonged downtime to the customers who are affected, we are offering immediate VPS recreations.
At this time, we have recreated your VPS and sent the new login details to you via e-mail. Please refer to your email inbox for your new login details.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused you.

请问下这样的还能继续处理下去么？ Alpharacks自己家的Server node坏掉了，然后数据无法恢复就算了，给新建的VPS的IP被墙不给免费换也就算了，新建的VPS转移到其他Server node或者换回我原来VPS的IP也不行么？
