[ol]Dear clients,We sincerely apologize for the extended down-time. As explained in the previous email, our servers cannot be mounted or used in KT's data center due to pollution. The pollution on the servers (dust, charcoal and various particles) does not meet the new standards in their new facility. The old colocation room has been de-commissioned.We do not have alternatives to place the server in another DC/ISP. Another server which we use for backup was damaged in the fire event, and the hard disks (not SSD) over-heated.We have arranged for new servers, but we expect them to be ready by Friday 5/04/19.
