搬瓦工近期速度很慢，还是CN2的，你们的会吗,发来TK回复，电信问题。。。
As of Q3 2019 we are observing that network in some regions in China is experiencing periodic congestion at the places of traffic exchange between ChinaNet (CN1) and regional CN2 GT backbone routers.

Note that since this issue is within your regional ISP, this is regretfully not under our control. We recommend contacting your ISP for more assistance. So far we had two meetings with China Telecom about this issue; they are very well aware of it but it will take them some time to resolve this.

Meanwhile, the best way to overcome this issue is to use BBR congestion control algorithm in your VPS as it compensates very nicely for packet loss.

Additionally, we wanted to let you know that CN2 GIA is not affected by this issue as CN2 GIA gets "closer" to you thus avoiding your regional provider's issues.
You can test this by performing an mtr towards our CN2 GIA test IP: 162.244.241.102. While we do not suggest that you upgrade to CN2 GIA (BBR should be enough to overcome any issues you are having), but if you require the best possible connectivity then CN2 GIA may be better.
