As we informed you earlier last month, we are upgrading your service. Initially, we planned to not have a change in IP address, but to ensure migration can proceed as scheduled on November 28th, 2019, we will have to make a last-minute change to your service's assigned IP address. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Your previous IP, 50.3.*.*, will be disabled after the migration. Your new IP will be: 107.172.*.* - Please note: Your server may have been moved to Los Angeles due to space constraints in Phoenix and delayed provisioning of new nodes, please reply to this ticket if you'd like us to migrate the service back to Phoenix, if there is space available once conversions are complete. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and SLA for this location change can be provided upon request.

We will not send further confirmation when the migration is complete unless there are problems. You will notice your service go offline for the migration, and then return with the new IP. In the coming month(s) we may unfortunately need to move your service again. However, this should be much more painless than the initial conversion. We will contact you if this is the case.

If we face issues migrating your service, your IP address will remain the same and will NOT change, and we will follow up with more information. Any rDNS records you may have set on your previous IP will need to be requested again; please use the button on the service page.
